The maintenance services we offer are detailed below:
1. Mowing and Edging
We will ensure that all grass areas are mowed neatly whenever necessary. To ensure all pathways and walkways are clear of tree debris, the entire area will be swept or blown off as needed. Weeding the lawn should be done simultaneously with mowing.
2. Fertilizing
The application of fertilizer and insecticide changes with the season – we generally use bio-organic fertilizer and insecticide. Whenever necessary, a broadleaf herbicide spot treatment will be applied to all grass areas. A time-released balanced fertilizer will be applied specially during the summer season, along with a broadleaf herbicide for spot treatment when needed.
3. Seasonal Lawn Maintenance
Once a month or as needed according to the season, dead leaves will be removed from the place.
4. Pruning
A pruning will be performed once a month on shrubs, and bushes. Whenever necessary, fast-growing shrubs or bushes will be pruned. As needed, trees will be thinned out properly.
5. Sprinklers Maintenance
